RETURN & REFUND POLICY
 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Zinzino purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please follow the steps below.
 
 
RETURN WINDOW
 
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right to return products. All returned products must be received by us within 30 days of notifying Customer Service.
 
 
HOW TO RETURN
 
1. Contact your Zinzino partner first — they are your primary point of support and can often resolve the issue directly.
2. If unresolved, contact Zinzino Customer Service to notify your intent to return and obtain a Return Authorization Number.
3. Pack the products in their original, sealed, unopened packaging and include the original packing slip inside the box.
4. Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package and on the packing slip.
5. Ship the package at your own cost to the return address provided by Customer Service. Do not send C.O.D.
6. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of Zinzino receiving and inspecting the returned items.
 
 
REFUND CONDITIONS
 
- Unopened and unused products: full product price refunded, minus shipping costs.
- Opened or used products: the retail price of those items will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping costs (outbound and return) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of Zinzino receiving the return.
 
 
ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
 
To be accepted for return, products must be:
- Unopened and sealed in original packaging
- In re-saleable condition
- Returned within the 30-day window
 
The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened oils, shakes, bars, coffee, or similar products
- Used or partially consumed products
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
 
 
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
 
If your order arrived damaged or contained incorrect products, Zinzino will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact Customer Service immediately and provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items. A prepaid return label will be provided upon request.
 
 
MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (BalanceTest subscribers only)
 
This guarantee applies exclusively to customers on a 6-month subscription that includes a BalanceTest. If your first Omega-6:3 ratio result is already 3:1 or better, you may cancel your subscription, return your unused products (2 months' supply), and receive a full refund of your start order, including the cost of the first BalanceTest.
